Thule Side Locking Hook - Type A - 1500010932

This is a Thule Side Locking Hook, commonly found on early cargo boxes.  There are four different styles of Locking Hooks, so make sure you look closely at the images of this product with the broken one that you have.  It should look EXACTLY alike.  Compare the ribs that run down to the mounting holes and also on the back side whether it has voids or ribs in the same spots.  This item comes with two rivets to remount the Side Hook.

Note:  When drilling out your broken side hook with a sharp 3/16" drill bit, be very cautious not to let the rivet spin since this causes friction.  Friction, in turn, will cause the plastic to heat up, potentially pushing the whole rivet through the box and creating a much larger hole.  One option is to grab the back of the rivet with a pliers.
